Liquid Paraffin Applications

It is used in the production and storage of reactive gases such as sulfur dioxide and chlorine dioxide. The defense and foundry industries also use pure liquid paraffin. Paraffin liquid is used to produce industrial paints, resins, and adhesives, as well as in the production of fabrics in the textile industry.

Paraffin oil used in laboratories as a paraffin bath for temperature control. It is used in the manufacture of infrared devices.

Uses in pharmaceuticals to facilitate X-ray photography of the inside of the body.

Industrial grade liquid paraffin is used in matchmaking, battery making, and cable making. It is also used to produce toxins and solvents for greases and insecticides.

In the production of cosmetic products and creams, liquid paraffin is used as a mineral oil. Paraffin helps maintain skin moisture, is also used as an emollient in skin diseases, and as a lubricant in the treatment of dry eyes.

This substance is usually used for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Protecting the skin from ultraviolet rays One of the basic uses of industrial liquid paraffin is its use as a widely used fuel, known as kerosene or white kerosene.

Today, kerosene is used as aircraft and rocket fuel or for burning and generating heat in factories. Industrial liquid paraffin plays the role of a lubricating oil and hydraulic oil in machinery. It is especially used in the paper industry as a lubricant for paper cutting blades and in the textile industry as a lubricant for sewing machines.

It is used to prepare laxatives to treat constipation. In the food industry, paraffin is also used as a coating to increase the shelf life of fruits and eggs and in the production of some edible oils.
