Carbon Black
Carbon black is a special black chemical that is available in powder or grain form. This material is produced using fully controlled processes and contains more than 95% pure carbon. The black particles of this material range in size from 10 nm to approximately 500 nm. Depending on the manufacturing process, carbon black types vary in size, surface chemistry, porosity, and many other properties. Carbon Black is used in various industries. By improving the physical, electrical and optical properties of different materials, carbon black gives a favorable performance to the final product.
Carbon Black Applications
Carbon black application as resin and film coloring materials Carbon black has high coloring power and is thermally stable. Therefore, they are suitable for coloring resins and films that are formed by heat. Carbon Black application as an electrical conductive agent Carbon black particles have a graphite-type crystal structure that provides excellent electrical conductivity. Therefore, carbon black is widely used as a conductive filler and mixed with plastics, elastomers, paints, adhesives, films and pastes. For example, fuel caps and fuel lines in cars need electrical conductivity to prevent static. Therefore, carbon black is used as an excellent antistatic agent in them. Carbon Black application as materials related to electronic equipment Carbon black offers stable resistance. Therefore, carbon black used as an electronic equipment-related material in various display components, magnetic recording materials, and OA rolls.
Carbon Black Packing
Carbon Black is packing in 25 kg paper sacks and putting on pallet. Carbon Black also can load in Jumbo bags.
Carbon Black export destinations
Carbon Black ordering by customers which manufacturing resin, automotive parts, making pavement and concretes. So, we are exporting carbon black to CIS, Turkey, Middle east, East Asia and African countries. We are supplying carbon black by the best quality under supervision of Iran Chemical Mine company and based on International standards.
