Application in food industries

It using in food industries. It can be mentioned as a substitute for gelatin, which is economical in terms of its preservation, concentration, and stabilization properties. It has a significant impact on preserving the freshness and taste of food, and its presence can have an effect on increasing the amount of food consumption and can be used as an essential factor in food additives. It is used as a factor in preventing the melting of biscuits, cakes, candies, canned food, frozen food, drinks and juice compote.

Application in Medical, cosmetic, pharma, health industry

It is used in shampoo, beard paste and hand cream due to its suspending, pus separation, skin protection and stabilization properties, and itis hydrophilicity is also used in medicinal tablets. It has also been used in the repair of wrist, knee and side bones, so that after injection it prevents cracking, destruction and erosion.

Application in Textile

It is using in textile as an agent in weft and weft coordination, thickener, water absorbent, raw material in finishing, fiber adhesive, layer formation, wear-resistant and cotton and linen fiber fabrics due to it’s property by light weight and preventing Destruction and corruption are used.

In Paint and resin industry

CMC is also used in the dyeing industry as a factor in the viscosity and color of the emulsion, which has a good effect on the movement of the brush. CMC is also used in solution paint as a preservative in Al absorption, particle suspension, concentrator and a hand sanitizer.

In Detergent,soap and paper industry

It is using in Detergent and soap industry, one of the characteristics in detergents is its high power in dissolving fats in a way that prevents dead pus.

Using in paper industry, Carboxy methyl cellulose is used in the paper industry for uniformity, anti-brittleness, and is also an effective factor in increasing the elasticity and hardness of paper. It is also used as an effective agent in forming an adhesive layer, improving the surface, strength and polishing of paper.

In Ceramic tile industry

Using in Ceramic tile industry, using as a suitable factor in water absorption, retainer in the strength of the mold and stabilizer in the molds, which has an effect on the beauty of the product, and is a factor in order to prevent the creation of cracks and bubbles, which also increases adhesion and malleability. It is effective, this material is also effective in improving the spreading power of the glaze.

In Drilling industry

Using in Drilling industry, is also used as an effective factor in strengthening drilling mud in a way that can control fluid loss. Also, Carboxy methyl cellulose is used as a factor in water absorption and storage, and CMC is used as a sealing agent in the well wall, concentrator and soil compactor. It is also a colloidal thickener and is used to prevent deposits inside the drill bit.
